Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared and packaged before shipping. We process and ship most orders within 2–3 business days of receipt. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing may take up to 5 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping β€” FREE
    Free shipping on all orders to the continental United States. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days.
  • Express Shipping β€” $15.99
    Expedited delivery in 2–3 business days. Available for orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. International orders typically take 10–21 business days for delivery, depending on destination and customs clearance.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected carrier. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Please note: We cannot guarantee delivery dates for international shipments, and Zcopper is not responsible for delays caused by customs or other carrier issues.

Tracking Your Order

All shipments include tracking information. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor your package in real-time. Most carriers provide 24-hour updates on package location and delivery status.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and contents. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or allow additional time. Contact us after 7 days if the package has not arrived.

Special Orders & Customizations

Custom or special orders may have extended processing times. These items are made-to-order and may take up to 14 business days to prepare before shipping. We will provide you with an estimated shipping date when you place your order.
