30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Zcopper purchase. If you are not fully satisfied for any reason, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy from the date of purchase.

All items must be returned in original, unused condition with all original packaging and documentation to qualify for a full refund.

Return Eligibility Requirements

Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return:

  • Returned within 30 days of purchase date
  • In original, unused condition
  • All original packaging, boxes, and documentation included
  • Items show no signs of wear, damage, or use
  • For lighters or refillable items, fuel or oil must be completely drained

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Custom-made or personalized items (unless defective)
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage
  • Items with missing or damaged original packaging
  • Final sale or clearance items (unless defective)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us β€” Email us at customer@zcopper.com with your order number and reason for return. Include photos if the item is defective.
  2. Receive Return Instructions β€” We will provide you with a return shipping address and label. Please ship your item within 14 days of receiving return instructions.
  3. Processing β€” Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, regardless of the return timeframe. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the defect.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value. If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please contact us with your order number and the product you would like instead.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are covered by Zcopper for defective items. For other returns within 30 days, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your return.

Refund Timeline

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing: 5–7 business days
  • Bank processing: 3–5 business days (varies by financial institution)
  • Total time: 8–12 business days from receipt of return
